By continuing to access, register, onboard, trade, participate in funded activities, use margin opportunities, utilize operational support services, request withdrawals, or interact with the company’s systems, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all operational terms, financial conditions, risk disclosures, compliance obligations, tax liabilities, and settlement procedures stated within this agreement (including Part 1 and this page).
The client further acknowledges that all financial market activities involve inherent risks and that the company does not provide guaranteed returns or assured profits unless explicitly stated under legally authorized written agreements.
